I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall, with spacious and clean rooms that felt cozy. though the check-in process was a bit delayed. The location was conveniently close to O'Connell Street, making it easy to explore. although a longer walk might be daunting after a long flight. Breakfast was definitely a highlight with plenty of delicious options.

The staff were generally friendly and willing to help, although they seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, especially during check-in. When I had issues with the heating, they acted quickly to resolve it.

The hotel is in a quiet area but still close enough to main attractions. It felt safe during my walk to O'Connell Street, which was just a short five-minute stroll away.

6.8/10

I had a mixed experience at the Maldron Hotel Parnell Square during my stay. The rooms were a bit small but clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic for exploring Dublin. However, I encountered some issues with the reception staff, who didn't always come across as friendly. The breakfast was good, but there were areas in dining that could use improvement.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were clean and well-kept, though some were quite small and felt a bit cramped. I appreciated the fact that my room came equipped with a safe, which added a sense of security.
Service
6.0
While some staff were polite and helpful, others seemed a bit snooty, particularly at the reception. They could have made more effort to be friendly and accommodating, especially during a tough time for me.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is perfect for getting around Dublin. It's easy to walk to most attractions and there's good public transport nearby if you prefer. I found it very convenient.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was truly a highlight with a great selection, but the restaurant food was hit-or-miss. Some dishes didn’t meet my expectations, like the cheese on chips that was quite off-putting. Still, I enjoyed the breakfast overall.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had decent facilities, including room service and housekeeping. I enjoyed the morning coffee options at breakfast, making it a pleasant way to start my day.

6.8/10

My stay at the Maldron Hotel Parnell Square had its ups and downs. While the staff were friendly and welcoming, the constant noise from ongoing construction outside my window really dampened the experience. The location is pretty central, but I did feel uneasy about the surroundings at night due to visibility issues. Overall, it was a mixed bag with some highlights, but I wouldn't raise my hand to return anytime soon.

Rooms
5.0
I was in room 412, and it felt more like a construction zone with noise from early morning until late evening. Plus, I could've used a fridge for refreshments.
Service
8.0
The staff were great, particularly Brian at reception, who was super understanding about our issues. Everyone was helpful, though limited in what they could do.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location is pretty close to the main attractions, but I found the area a bit sketchy at night; it was darker than I expected.
Dining
7.0
Dining was decent; I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. However, I found some items missing from my takeout orders, which was a little annoying considering I paid for breakfast.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were basic but adequate. Room service and housekeeping were available, though the noise from construction overshadowed everything.

6.2/10

I recently stayed at the Maldron Hotel Parnell Square and had a largely pleasant experience. The location is convenient for exploring the city, being within walking distance to major attractions. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. However, I did encounter some challenges during check-in, which impacted my overall satisfaction. Despite some service hiccups, the hotel has an inviting atmosphere and great facilities.

Rooms
9.0
The room was spacious, very comfortable, and spotless, providing a relaxing ambiance. I especially enjoyed the cozy bed and great views from the top floor, which made my anniversary trip special.
Service
6.0
While the reception staff were generally welcoming, I had a frustrating experience with the check-in process. After arriving early and being told our rooms weren't ready, the wait extended unreasonably, leading to a stressful start on our first night.
Location
8.0
The hotel is in a quieter area just north of downtown Dublin, making it easy to explore local sights. It’s a short walk to O'Connell Street and Temple Bar, providing a balance of peace and accessibility.
Dining
9.0
Breakfast each morning was delicious with a wide variety of options. I especially loved the great breakfast spread and the late-night pizza service, which was perfect after a long day of sightseeing.
Facilities

The hotel had excellent facilities on-site, including a bar and a dining area that provided a great atmosphere. I appreciated the convenience of luggage storage, which made my early arrival easy to manage.

7.4/10

I enjoyed my stay at Maldron Hotel Parnell Square, although there were a few hiccups. The breakfast was undoubtedly a highlight, with a fantastic variety of options. While my room was comfortable, the TV could have been better, and some aspects of the service felt rushed. The hotel's location made it easy to explore Dublin, but the parking situation was a bit inconvenient.

Rooms
6.0
The room was fairly standard, equipped with a comfortable bed and a large TV, though it wasn't the best. I appreciated the sound-proof windows and daily cleaning.
Service
6.0
Staff were generally helpful, but I encountered a few awkward moments during dining that made the experience less enjoyable. A bit more attentiveness would go a long way.
Location
8.0
The hotel is centrally located, just a 10-minute walk to O'Connell Street and close to a hop-on, hop-off bus stop, which is great for exploring.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold options. However, my dinner experience was less pleasant due to the rushed service.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were satisfactory, with modern updates, but parking was inconvenient and staff weren't overly helpful with taxis or luggage.
